DeWitt County Farm Bureau is a non-profit organization founded in 1918 to serve the needs of DeWitt County Farmers.
DeWitt County Farm Bureau is one of 94 Illinois County Farm Bureaus. Our goal is to improve the economic well-being of agriculture and enrich the quality of farm family life.
We offer a variety of programs and services for members, serving as a voice for agriculture on the local, state and national level.

DeWitt County Farmers and Agribusiness professionals are invited to visit Springfield on March 12 with DCFB. We will be visiting the legislative offices of Sen. Chapin Rose, Rep. Dan Caulkins and Rep. Kelly Cassidy (adopted legislator). If you would like to attend, please contact the office!
Farm Succession Planning
DeWitt County Farm Bureau is partnering with Christian, Shelby and Macon County Farm Bureaus as well as COUNTRY Financial to offer a special Farm Succession Planning Course on Feb. 27 at 5:30 p.m. The event will include dinner and will be hosted at Hickory Point Golf Course in Forsyth. Farm First Aid & Body Mechanics
DeWitt County Farm Bureau will be hosting a Farm First Aid and Body Mechanics course on March 7 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The course is intended to help members learn more about basic first aid and ways to lift, climb and carry safely. First National Bank and Trust Company of Clinton will donate space for the event, as well as first aid kits for the first 30 households attending. Presenters will be Deb Ertl, Trauma RN, Erin Barger, EMTB, and Cheryl DeMent, PT of Warner Hospital and Health Services. Dinner will be provided courtesy of COUNTRY. RSVPs are requested by March 1.
