DeWitt County Farm Bureau is a non-profit organization founded in 1918 to serve the needs of DeWitt County Farmers.

Smart Phone Smarts - May 24

Personal On-Farm Solar Lunch & Learn - June 19
Join DeWitt County Farm Bureau for a Lunch & Learn with Tick Tock Energy of Effingham, IL. The topic will be personal solar generation systems for on-farm applications. There will be an optional tour of a local farm with solar installation following lunch.

E85 Day @ Casey's General Store - June 21
DeWitt County Farm Bureau members will be on hand from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on June 21 at Casey's General Store in Clinton (Rt 54 across from the FB office) to share information on E85 and assist customers during Casey's Customer Appreciation Day. Come see us!
Farmland Tax Assessment: It's Complicated! - June 27
Illinois farmland and property taxes can be confusing, but Brenda Matherly, Associate Director of Local Government for Illinois Farm Bureau, will explain the ins and outs at the June 27 dinner meeting sponsored by the DCFB Governmental Affairs Committee. The evening will also include a property tax Q&A as well as release of the 2019 Member Survey on local and state government issues.

Ag Olympics @ 4-H Fair - July 12
DeWitt, Macon and Piatt County Young Leaders will host the third annual Ag Olympics competition on Friday, July 12 at the 4-H Fairgrounds. 4-H and FFA members are invited to compete. Prizes will be awarded and teams will be assembled on-site. Event begins at 7 p.m.
